How much does driveway leveling cost?
The cost depends on the size of the driveway, how much it has settled, and the amount of polyurethane foam required. In most cases, leveling is significantly less expensive than replacing the concrete. We provide free, no-obligation estimates throughout the Oklahoma City metro.
Can my driveway be lifted instead of replaced?
In many cases, yes. If the concrete is structurally sound, polyurethane foam can lift and stabilize a sunken driveway without the cost and disruption of replacement. During our inspection, we'll determine whether leveling is the best solution.
How long does driveway leveling take?
Most residential driveway leveling projects are completed in just a few hours. Because polyurethane foam cures quickly, most driveways can be driven on within 60 minutes after the repair is complete.
How long does polyurethane foam last?
High-density polyurethane foam is designed as a long-term solution. It is water-resistant, lightweight, and won't break down like traditional mudjacking materials. When the underlying soil conditions remain stable, the repair can last for many years.
Will the cracks in my driveway disappear?
Lifting the concrete often reduces uneven gaps and improves the appearance of cracks, but existing cracks generally remain. If desired, cracks can be repaired or sealed after the leveling process.
Is polyurethane foam better than mudjacking?
Polyurethane foam offers several advantages over traditional mudjacking. It's much lighter, cures quickly, requires smaller drill holes, and won't add significant weight to the supporting soil. It also provides excellent long-term stabilization.
Will there be large holes in my driveway?
No. We drill small injection holes that are patched after the lifting process. The repairs are much less noticeable than the large holes commonly associated with older mudjacking methods.
Can you lift driveways that have settled next to the garage?
Yes. One of the most common repairs we perform is lifting driveway slabs that have settled near the garage entrance. Restoring the slab can eliminate trip hazards and reduce the impact when driving into your garage.
